1. Introduction Welcome to Aspirasi Electrical Trading. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we provide (Plumbing, Painting, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services).
By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
- We provide Plumbing, Painting, Aircon Service, and Electrical works.
- All services are performed by trained and experienced technicians.
- Prices quoted are subject to site inspection and may change if additional work is required.
3. Booking & Appointments
- All bookings are subject to technician availability.
- We will make every effort to arrive at the agreed time, but delays may occur due to traffic or previous jobs.
- Cancellation must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
4. Payment
- Payment can be made in cash or via online transfer after service completion.
- Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
- Any additional work requested on-site will be charged separately.
5. Warranty
- We provide warranty on workmanship and replaced parts as per the service (usually 30 to 90 days).
- Warranty is void if the issue is caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or natural wear and tear.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear access to the work area.
- Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians.
- Inform us about any pets, allergies, or special requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
